Wow, he even included the DB25 cable that will connect the controller box to the computer.
And plenty of wire to wire the motors to the controller board.
Another look at all the parts.
Here is a close up of the stepper motor. They are suppose to generate 80oz of torque. According to John, when using 1/4" 20 threaded rod for driving each axis you should get about 100lbs of torque.
Here is the actual controller part bag. Notice the specifics of the controller board.
A close up view of the controller board. It appears that everything is well layed out and a few hours of soldering should produce a nice controller board.
So far the complete package I ordered from HobbyCNC seems to be a good buy. Beside the parts that are incldued in the package, I will have to still purchase a power supply and equipment box to house everything. Stay tune for more pictures! Back to Pictures 1
